Feast Your Eyes is a collaboration between partners Johnny Fisher and Kitty Dobson, who met in the woods in 2015 and have spent far too much time there since.
We’re part of the Eye Larp family of game writers and events organisers and are based at Gunman Airsoft Eversley, winner of the 2018 Larp award for Best LARP Site.
In February 2018 we put on a themed feast event for 40 attendees, set in the Empire LRP world, with a custom Viking-style menu and had so much fun we immediately began planning another with a Brass Coast twist. Since then we’ve been able to make Eversley our full-time jobs and refurbished the onsite forest kitchen for professional use.
In 2019 we gradually took over the writing and co-ordinating of the majority of EYELarp‘s events and now run twelve larp systems at the site, not including the player events and collaborations with other writers under the Feast Your Eyes banner. 2020 and 2021 were rocky years for us all, but the 8 month and 5 month shutdowns of Eversley enabled us to rebuild a lot of the site features that were in need of a bit of TLC, and reshape things to be as functional as possible for our massive schedule of events!
Since reopening fully, we’ve collaborated with several independent game runners to facilitate their game concepts as far ranging as Napoleonic adventure The Forlorn Hope, Game of Thrones-inspired politicking with The Dragon’s Hunt, and dark fantasy villainy with The Portents among numerous one-shots.
We also still run the occasional Empire player event, but a big focus of our time is now being part of the org team for Menhirs Fate, a festival larp that started in 2025, with over 900 participants at its most recent event. For more information about that head to Menhirs Fate!
